As part of our commitment to Corporate Social Responsibility, we have welcomed a trainee student from the electricity training cycle at the Giola de Llinars del Vallès Institute.
The student completes his professional training within our maintenance department.
At Hidrocolor we are convinced that collaboration between training centers and the company is essential to complete quality professional training.
Without training there is no future.
For this reason, we collaborate closely with different centres, institutes and universities, welcoming trainees, dual training and scholarship holders.
Throughout the years, to all the students who have been in Hidrocolor, SL, both the students who have come to train specifically in our textile sector, in the dyeing, or finishing, or laboratory sections, as well as the students who have been with us, offering collaboration in the departments, maintenance and administration. To all of them, we have endeavoured to transmit all the knowledge and that their stay at Hidrocolor was as enriching as possible. Because in this way, by putting the best of ourselves aside, we can make the students bring the best of themselves. And grow personal and professionally.
Hidrocolor is a textile company that is committed to the future. And we do not understand any other form of progress that is not with quality training jointly between companies and training centres.
For many years, textile companies have suffered an important stop in the specific training of their sector, both at the direct production level (in our case dyeing, finishes), and indirectly (repair of specific machinery in the textile sector, laboratory studies , or much needed more technical positions like textile technicians and textile engineers). That is why we must reactivate the training of the textile sector, we must attract talent. Therefore, Hidrocolor always seeks to give the best of us as a company, so that all the students who pass through our facilities go out prepared to the working market. On many occasions Hidrocolor tries to keep this talent by converting training contracts into employment contracts.
